# Trouble Verifying

### Looks like you're having trouble connecting your Roblox account.

Here are a few things you can try:

* When trying to verify, make sure that you typed in the right Roblox username.
* Try visiting the verify website on another browser or via a private window.
* Make sure you are using the correct discord account.
* If verifying via the code method, make sure it's not filtered by Roblox. If so, verify via the game.\ <br>
